Managing Your Profile

Update your name, avatar, and account details from the profile page.

Accessing Your Profile

1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the header.
2. Select Profile from the dropdown menu.

Update Your Name

1. On the profile page, edit your First Name and Last Name fields.
2. Click Save to update.

Change Your Avatar

1. Click on your current avatar or the placeholder icon.
2. Choose from the available avatar options or upload a custom image.
3. Click Save to confirm.

Email Address

Your email is set during sign-up and is used for:

• Login
• Receiving mock access codes after purchase
• Score report notifications

To change your email, contact support at contact@preppeo.com.

Password

If you signed up with email and password:

1. Use the Forgot Password flow on the login page to reset it.
2. A reset link will be sent to your registered email.

If you signed up with Google, no password is needed — you always log in via Google.
